We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the middle of a beautiful forest was breathtaking and provided a serene and peaceful environment. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the laundry services, as it made our stay even more convenient. The hotel had a ski pass vendor, which made it very easy for us to hit the slopes and enjoy our winter activities. Additionally, the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch that made us feel immediately welcomed and valued.
This place is highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. Our room was always kept clean and had everything we needed. we were very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel.

This hotel offers access to nearby attractions and has beautiful surroundings with a lovely view of the mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is top-notch with homemade jams and meats. rooms are clean and well-maintained with nice bathrooms.
The hotel has limited hours for spa facilities, which can be inconvenient if guests are also skiing.

The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! We particularly enjoyed the homemade jams and the high, quality food. the rooms were very nice and the natural swimming pond in the pure nature environment was well, maintained.
We found that the wifi was very slow and you had to pay for it. the TV was small and had only German, speaking programs, which might be limiting for non, German speakers.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay! Loved the stunning mountain views from the room and the option to have breakfast outdoors. The homemade meats, yoghurt, honey and jams were delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful providing us with a free Hohe Tauern Nationalpark card which we used it to access numerous nearby attractions. enjoyed the access to an electric mountain bike, which was a great way to explore the pure natural environment.
While the value was ok, the fact that the spa facilities had limited hours and were a good distance away from some of the rooms was a bit inconvenient. our suite did not have a coffee maker or even a small refrigerator which would have been useful, especially for a longer stay and for families with kids.
